We're on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to serve our clients and care staff, assisting with ongoing case management and staffing support. In this exciting role, you will serve our community by matching our clients and caregivers together and serve as a case manager for the ongoing needs of our clients, helping them “live assured” with Griswold. What we expect from you: * Ensure clients have best-matched care by assigning care staff to cases * Maintain communication and strong relationships with clients and caregivers * Conduct retention visits and introductions for clients and caregivers * Conduct thorough assessments to understand the client’s objectives, challenges, and care requirements * Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis * Adhering to all company policies and procedures What you can expect from us: * 6 Paid Holidays, accrued sick time & vacation days that increase with tenure * Health Insurance * Quarterly bonus plan * 401k Retirement Plan * Additional benefits include.
