True Wrap LLC DBA True Line Construction is looking to add laborers/crew members to our longstanding operation of residential construction services and fence installation. The job is full time, offers insurance and provides tools and equipment for our staff to effectively get the job done.
The work requires crew members to be able to climb ladders, move and lift 80lbs of materials and equipment and work outside throughout the year. There is opportunity for bonuses based on hours worked throughout the month, and pay rate increases can be achieved by proving reliability in showing up for work with a good attitude. We are a family company who wants all of our staff to succeed. Access to transportation to get to and from our office at beginning and end of day is a necessity. We provide work vehicles for crews to ride to job sites.
