What are we looking for?

This position is responsible for performing various administrative duties and is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the administrative support personnel for an assigned facility.

Shift/Schedule: M-F, 8-5, Hybrid

What you'll do: Perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and perform day-to-day supervision of administrative support personnel for an assigned facility including: training; assigning and overseeing work; performance management; time and expense approval; disciplinary action as needed Monitor work processes to ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness Participate in the development and implementation of department, employee and client goals/objectives Oversee local operating procedures and work instructions to ensure accuracy as they pertain to the administrative support functions Ensure deliverables are accurate and timely for external and/or internal customers Responsible for area efficiency and productivity, and meeting deadline requirements and/or goals Oversee purchase of monthly supplies and stay within budgetary guidelines Promote and maintain positive morale through coaching, teamwork, integrity and leadership Maintain a high level of confidentiality Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience directly related to the position 2 years of experience supervising staff (including daily direction, discipline and reviews) Must be an effective communicator, in terms of actively listening, speaking and writing Ability to independently manage projects from point of initiation to completion within established standards, objectives, and time frames Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well in various situations; ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature and consistent manner using diplomacy and tact as needed Must be detailed oriented and organized; Must have excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with s
