Arjo'sService Center Supervisorleads day-to-activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation. Working out of Arjo's Kent facility, this operations leader will lead all aspects of Arjo'sDrivers/Field Repswho fulfill rental orders from local hospitals. Expected work schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm Key day-to-day activities: Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo's Service team. Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues. Active role in the interview process for ArjoField Reps/Drivers. Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience. 2+ years of Service Leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities. Demonstrated customer service skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Current and valid driver's license. Able to travel overnight 10-20%.
