About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Lead to oversee a team of technicians and ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment. In this permanent, 1st shift role, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of maintenance technicians.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.

  • Lead the troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyor systems and robotic equipment.

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.

  • Implement and adhere to established safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.

  • Utilize technology effectively, including handheld devices and PCs, to manage work orders and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment types.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to a safe and healthy work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and industrial controls.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
