Note: The pay rate for this job is $31 - $32 / hour
Responsibilities:
Work Week Hours: M-F, 5am-1:30pm.
In the Commercial Building you will help adjust cabinets and doors.
Perform light electrical, light plumbing, patching and spackling of drywall.
Complete some minor carpentry and construction as well as hardware install.
Follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Must have 3 years or more of building maintenance experience.
Recent construction/commercial building maintenance experience.
Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to jobsites.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
References to verify your professional skills and building maintenance experience.
Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and to bend, kneel, or reach.
