Summary Learn the terminology, techniques and operating characteristics involved on flexographic press operations to print and meet established single, multi or process color quality and production requirements. Job Description * Maintain chemical control program for plant compliance to include MSDS/COA acquisition and retention, plant auditing and employee awareness. * Internal point of contact for issues with rodents and pests to include insects, birds, etc. * Responsible for assuring document control of all approved quality documents. * Prepares quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. * Drive continuous quality control improvement through the methodical collection and analysis of quality data. * Works with departmental leadership to initiate corrective action process when nonconformances are discovered. * Work from verbal and written instructions. Follow established procedures and practices as documented in ISO 9001/2015 and audit finding reports. * Positive and influential change leader. Agent in charge of shaping quality culture for the plant. * Observe all prescribed safety rules, codes, and regulations. * Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use a PC Equivalent to frequently exerting effort moving material and scrap. Ability to lift a maximum of 65lbs as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in elevated areas of approximately 50'. Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
