Job Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, performing quality inspections on machined components, and ensuring precision in all aspects of the milling process.
Responsibilities
Read blueprints to set up and operate CNC milling machines.
Perform quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gages.
Complete 2-5 set-ups daily.
Execute tool changes and offsets as required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with quality inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment is a plus (automotive, medical, or aerospace).

Work Environment
The position is for the 2nd shift, working from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday. The facility is a medical device manufacturing plant, primarily producing surgical instruments. It is extremely clean and climate-controlled with approximately 100 employees. The CNC Milling Machine Operator will report to the Machining Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
