Job Description Summary The Utility Dairy Labor position is responsible for the following: Calf Labor- feeding calves and maintaining their wellbeing. Stalls- maintaining the beds at the dairy and setting cow traffic to the milking parlor. Operator- operating Dairy equipment such as tractors, feed truck etc... Job Description * Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor. * Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Ensure all equipment is running correctly. * Grooms and beds stalls daily. * On spare, time cleans water troughs in the barn. * Ensure that flush line is clear of raw material. * Brings cows to milking parlor when milking crew is on break. * Other duties as assigned Basic & Preferred Qualifications * 1 to 3 months of related experience * Good teamwork and communication skills * Experience operating dairy equipment. * Bilingual preferred. A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $16.50 - $17.00
