*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced Residential Concrete Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

  • Managing multiple concrete crews
  • Coordinating with suppliers
  • Ensuring efficient project execution
  • Residential Concrete Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete operations on residential job sites, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Manage multiple concrete crews and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and order concrete deliveries.
  • Work closely with building inspectors and job supervisors to schedule and coordinate multiple job sites per day.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
  • Handle project documentation, including permits, schedules, and reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

*Requirements:*

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential concrete management.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
