*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced Residential Concrete Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:
- Managing multiple concrete crews
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Ensuring efficient project execution
- Residential Concrete Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete operations on residential job sites, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage multiple concrete crews and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and order concrete deliveries.
- Work closely with building inspectors and job supervisors to schedule and coordinate multiple job sites per day.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
- Handle project documentation, including permits, schedules, and reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential concrete management.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
