Job Description Summary Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to maintain accurate inventory of finished goods across the Lamb Weston North American network. You will be responsible for the day-to-day resolution of internal and external warehouse inventory reporting and reconciliation issues while supporting customer orders and shipments. Job Description * Responsible for all co-packer, co-manufacturing and NON-EDI transactions in SAP and ASI. * Manually Post Goods Issue, Post Goods Receive and key adjustments using 3PL documents. * Review IDOC errors from 3PL EDI transaction uploads. * Follow up on inventory variances and errors to resolve in a timely manner. * Perform daily and weekly inventory reconciliations with 3PL to ensure inventory accuracy. * Communicate open issues clearly and consistently to manufacturing plant and 3PL locations for resolution. * Cross train with department members and be able to provide back up support. * Travel to plant/warehouse locations in the United States and Canada for annual physical inventory audits Basic & Preferred Qualifications * 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, inventory, etc. * 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Intermediate Excel experience including creation of pivot tables and use of formulas is preferred * Knowledge of basic accounting principles * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills * ERP experience with SAP S4 HANA preferred. * The ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must be a team player and willing to work in a team environment Industry-Competitive Benefits Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
