Requirements
Here’s what you will bring:
With overall 5+Years in Fin-Tech/Banking/Lending Industry and at least 5+Years of experience as Solution Architect
Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry in either Consumer / Retail Banking (e.g. digital transformation, consumer lending) & Commercial Banking (e.g. capital markets, transaction banking).
Strong communication and influencing skills with business & technology executives (Director of Technology, CTO, COO, CIO, Business Division Leads)
The high caliber on managing Solution designs to make an impact on client
Proficient in Object-oriented programming languages with high customer-oriented skills
Proficient in analyzing customer requirements, understanding their business drivers, and articulating value-added solutions.
Regular interaction with multi Regional SMEs to understand divergent Security needs and drive a team of Solution engineers and aid them in review/ approve the functional design, prepare and
Present customized solutions etc.
Support the Proposal team in RFI, RFP and SO
Essential Responsibilities:
Identify desired solution functionality, evaluate alternatives, close gaps with the Product.
IT experience including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients
Experience in leading business system application and architecture design, and in influencing technology direction in the range of IT areas
Able to lead the project and working teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer-level professionals from other IT disciplines
Experience in architecting and delivering high performance and highly secure distributed network applications
Experience with high volume secure mission-critical microservice-based solutions, including architecture, design, development, and operational phases.
