We have 3 new exciting Software Engineer, II opportunities working on Zebra's newest SaaS collaboration and communication solution!

You will analyze, triage and maintain Zebra's SaaS solution while providing leadership to a Level II team and help to troubleshoot more complex, escalated issues.

In this role you will be the technical liaison between partners, customers and engineers to ensure efficient integration of the SaaS collaboration and communication solution.

This role requires that you be in either our Kennesaw, GA, Lincolnshire, IL or Frisco, TX office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

  • Provide technical support for communication and collaboration products, addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring seamless operation across various platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to push-to-talk, voice, video.

  • Utilize Google Cloud technologies, including AlloyDB, to enhance product performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in the testing and validation of new features and updates, ensuring high-quality product releases.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to product functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience or advanced degree and equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with at least one programming language required.

  • Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure required.

  • Experience with SQL, and relational and non-relational databases required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for Java experience.

  • Strong leadership ability

  • Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in diagnostics and problem analysis.

  • Understanding of Python.

  • Experience working with Flutter.

  • Any Cloud certification.

Salary: USD 82500.00 - USD 123700.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
