The role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient service by managing team members, maintaining a high level of food quality, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Fostering a positive environment which helps the morale of the store

Leading by example, plus managing the team

Providing new hire training and ongoing training and development of Team Members

Completing all necessary logs and paperwork

Providing prompt and friendly customer service duties such as taking our guests orders and processing payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and upselling/cross-selling when appropriate

Checking food quality and temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve

Checking all equipment for temperature and proper functioning

Processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints if needed

Prepares and packages our signature menu items and drinks accurately and according to established recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines

Following Popeyes procedures to adhere to all safety, food handling and sanitation standards as per company guidelines and health regulations

Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the whole restaurant including the lobby, dining room, the food prep equipment and utensils and storage areas, and exterior of the building, restroom, etc.

Monitoring inventory levels during shifts, ensuring adequate stock of products and notifying management of any shortages.Unpacking deliveries and stocking inventory items as needed

Requirements:

Exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously while promoting the culture of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Show a friendly, professional and positive attitude to guests and fellow team members

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support where and when needed

Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts

Act with integrity, honesty and a professional manner

Must beat leasteighteen (18) years of age.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and teach others the Popeyes way in all areas of a fast-paced, high-energy environment and work multiple stations.

Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment

Pay:$13 - $16 / hour

Job Type:Part-time / Full-time

Work location: On-site

Physical Demands

Standing for long periods: Minimum of 4 hours, especially during busy times.

Liftingandcarryingbetween 10 to 50 pounds or more with proper lifting procedures.

Multitasking,Bending/reaching,Repetitive motions and fast-paced movement,Manual dexterity andHeat tolerance

Education:Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required. We provide tons of training, but basic math skills are needed for handling cash transactions.

Shifts Needed:

Opening, Midday and Closing shifts available. We are Flexible when able and try to work around school schedules
