Abound will transform the future of buildings by seamlessly evolving alongside technology for efficiency and adaptability. Role Responsibilities:
Define and Prioritize (Service & Digital) product roadmaps, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept, development, launch and performance optimization.
Build and managing a high performing product management team, fostering a customer-centric and data-driven culture.
Role Purpose:
Lead the Strategic vision and execution of Abound's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with Carrier's goals and market opportunities.
Drive Innovation to deliver differentiated digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of science or art.
6+ years of experience in product management with Application Software Development and Associated Services.
2+ years experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with engineering, design, software development and sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications (assets)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering, or MBA.
