Copeland Account Manager in Kennesaw, Georgia

If you are a sales professional with a proven track record in selling premium-priced products and solutions looking for an opportunity to grow, Climate Technologies has an exciting opening! As a Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining customer relationships within your assigned geographical area. It is preferred that you are located in the Greater Atlanta region.

AS A REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Exceed annual sales and growth quotas in your territory, with monthly and quarterly performance expectations and evaluations

  • Expand customer base by fostering relationships with key customers and identifying new sales opportunities

  • Prospect regularly

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM to enable revenue forecasting and measure key objectives

  • Stay knowledgeable about the industry and our products to effectively consult customers on cold chain solutions

  • Develop accounts by analyzing customer buying history, suggesting related items, and explaining technical features

  • Travel regularly within the territory, tradeshows, and other industry conferences to pursue new business opportunities (minimum 50% travel)

  • Other duties as assigned

You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You identify and seize new opportunities. You draw upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and know-how.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Associate’s degree

  • 5 years of sales experience

  • Ability to develop relationships and implement strategic sales plans

  • Proven track record to grow assigned sales

  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse team to drive results

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, time management, and presentation skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in food retail, logistics, or software/technology industry

  • Experience using a CRM Software

and optimization services for supermarket, convenience store, restaurant, and refrigerated transportation

customers and the OEMs that serve them. The business unit is comprised of multiple acquisitions organized to add value to Copeland’s world-leading products through control, connectivity, and remote monitoring. The business generates half of its revenue outside of North America and employs over 1,200 people globally. Headquartered in the Greater Atlanta area, the business has major operations in Minnesota, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, China, and the Philippines. The Cold Chain business helps ensure that food safely and efficiently travels from farm to fork. With the blend of businesses and functions.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the base salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually with an additional center point bonus incentive, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
