Paddock Chevrolet Admin Assistant Part Time in Kenmore, New York

Hours:   * Monday 4:30-7pm * Thursday 4:30-7pm * Saturday 8:30-5pm   Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager(s) and Salespeople * Review retail, wholesale, DMV and finance documents for accuracy  * Responsible for entering data in an accurate manner * Communicate with customers to request required documents for financing and leasing * Follow up with customers or their agents via phone, emails or letters to ensure all lending requirements are being met * Maintain flow of paperwork  Requirements * Must possess a strong work ethic * Organized and have a strong attention to detail  * Must be a team player and willing to help out at month-end close * Automotive Accounting or Finance experience a plus  * Extraordinary communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well and multitask in a high volume, fast paced setting * Be self-motivated and results driven * Must have a positive attitude  What we offer * Weekly pay structure * Appreciation events * Referral Programs * Continuing education We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
