JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: MIG Welder/Fabricator - NEW FACILITY/NEED NOW! We are seeking skilled MIG Welder/Fabricators to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and fabrication, taking projects from blueprint to completion. This role involves fabricating sheet metal components using tools such as shears, plasma cutters, and torches, as well as fitting, tacking, and welding final assemblies. At times, you will also install insulation panels as part of the cladding process. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld components based on project blueprints. Work primarily with sheet metal and other related materials used in industrial systems. Use tools such as shears, plasma cutters, and torches to shape and prepare materials. Complete projects from start to finish, including fitting, tacking, and final welding. Occasionally install insulation panels onto units as part of the fabrication process. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in MIG welding and project-based fabrication. Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks accurately. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, safety-conscious welders with experience in industrial applications.
