JOB REQUIREMENTS: As an Intensive Direct Support Specialist, you will provide behavioral support using established Behavior Support Plans and Trauma Informed Care approaches. You will also provide caregiving activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting. transportation, community integration activities, companionship, and conversation to residents. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience working with autistic individuals, aggressive behaviors, behavioral support plans, and trauma-informed care approaches is preferred but not required A strong passion for helping others with autism and intellectual and physical disabilities Be mentally and physically capable to assist participants based on their needs Must be at least 18 years of age Maintain a valid driver\'s license with excellent driving record ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.agapeinc.org/about-us/employment/
