Prepare, proofread, and process consular forms, Latin-American visas, and documents for international legalization processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle the preparation and delivery of legal correspondence related to consular services and Latin-American documentation, maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients and relevant authorities. Receive and place telephone calls, assisting clients. Schedule appointments for clients seeking consular services, visa processing, or international document legalization, managing calendars efficiently. Maintain organized and up-to-date documents, and case files pertinent to consular services and international legal matters, ensuring accessibility and compliance with regulations. Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter related to consular forms, visa applications, and Latin-American documentation, maintaining meticulous records for reference. Collecting relevant information for consular services, visa applications, and international legal processes, including employment records and medical documentation. Draft and complete various forms required for consular applications, Latin-American visa processing, and international document legalization, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Assist in preparing invoices for consular services, visa processing fees, and international document legalization expenses, managing billing processes efficiently. Conduct research and retrieve information relevant to consular regulations, visa requirements, and Latin American legal frameworks. Meet with clients to discuss details of the case.

REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree in Legal studies or related, plus 12 Months of experience in the job offered or as a legal support worker or related position.
