Assist General Manager in reviewing financial statements, sales reports, and information of customers,
s
uppliers and competitors to measure achievement of financial goals and adjust
budgeting, pricing, product sourcing, sales promotion, marketing strategies, warehousing, and cost cutting measures:
- Implement company-wide HR policies, financial goals and objectives, and administrative procedures.
- Develop product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
- Monitor suppliers, research new vendors, and manage transportation logistics of products from overseas to the U.S. and distribution to customers to ensure product quality, efficiency and profitability of operation, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and warehousing of products, estimate future needs for products, control operations cost and identify measures to cut cost.
- I n charge of administrative and human resources related functions such as hiring, firing, promotion and performance evaluations of staff.
- Respond to customer complaints efficiently and effectively .
Bachelors degree in Business Management/Administration and 2 years management experience. Must have experience in marketing and customer service.
