We are currently looking for German and English speaker for a position of Junior Logistics Specialist with focus on global order management for licenses (f/m/d) to join our team in Hub Warsaw. Being a representative of Smart Infrastructure (SI) Headquarter you will support the team with daily tasks in license management. You will have a chance to develop into a specialist in software business for the long-term.

What will be your future tasks?

  • Global processing of orders from regional SI companies for software products in the HQ systems to assure optimized order flow.

  • Handling big value flow (correct pricing) and creating invoices to the assigned regions as well as credit notes.

  • Handling information flow to regions as requests, complaints and order changes on customer demand in order to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Supporting order management for regional companies.

  • Cooperating closely with various other internal departments globally (Finance, IT, Sales);

  • Support reporting for software products.

If you:

  • Are good in written and verbal communication in German (B1/B2) and English (min. B2)

  • know SAP SD/MM (knowledge very desirable)

  • Have analytical skills

  • Have IT orientation

  • Attention to quality and details

  • Are ability to work in a team

  • Have good communication and customer service skills

  • Are open-mindedness and have constructive attitude to performed tasks

  • Have high degree of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality...
