Eurofins Junior Data Management and Reporting Analyst in Katowice, Poland

Your main responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the digital transformation of ESG and Operations KPI Reporting by designing, building, and configuring workflows and solutions using Microsoft tools, with a focus on MS Access, Power Query, and SharePoint.

Building and delivering useful reporting solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Improving existing tools and create new reporting solutions tailored to business needs.

Supporting database administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for MS Access, ensuring efficient reporting processes and data validation.

Enhancing automation of existing processes to streamline reporting and data workflows.

Assisting in projects focused on creating new tools and improving reporting solutions.

Collaborating effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

What are we expecting:

Familiarity with the setup, administration, and use of Microsoft tools, particularly MS Access (used for CO2 data management), VBA, and SharePoint. 

Experience in a similar role, with exposure to project management, data analysis, and reporting tool creation in a professional environment.

Strong database content analysis skills.

Advanced English proficiency.

Proficient in general computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel and Access in particular).

Basic knowledge of SQL and Power Platform experience as an asset. Python or other object-oriented programming languages are a plus but not required.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, paired with good communication abilities.

An interest in ESG topics is highly appreciated.
