Fujitsu HR Business Partner in Katowice, Poland

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage and execute the HR people agenda for the respective Line of Business

  • Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives for Deliver Centre in Poland and cross – functionally to support business goals and priorities

  • Build strong relationships with internal clients in order to identify business needs and recommend relevant solutions, being commercially and business aware member of the leadership team.

  • Contributes to business analysis to support growth, recognizing business trends, their impact on the business, and able to forecast potential obstacles to success

  • Proactively engage with the business on HR topics affecting employee engagement, including attrition, retention, talent management, succession planning, professional development.

  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to identify potential issues identified during the exit process

  • Partner with key stakeholders within Business Line to ensure that all HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated, implemented and executed

  • Review employees engagement survey result for respective Line of Business and work out with Leader’s on action plan to improve the result

  • Partner with the business, Global HR, COE functions to ensure smooth running of cyclical HR processes, such as annual pay review, performance reviews, talent management for assign business area

  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management area

  • Lead the HR related internal and external communication

  • Keep HR processes and actions in a full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal, external) framework. Ensure that standards of the company are reflected in HR operational procedures.

  • Partnership and strong cooperation with all local and global HR functions

  • Be a partner in change management processes affecting people

  • Leverage data analytics to make people related decisions based on facts and data

Qualification and Skills

  • University degree (sociology, psychology, HR management or relevant)

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines

  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

  • Effective leadership, communication, organizational and change management skills

  • Business acumen and organization awareness

  • Impact and influencing skills

  • Flexibility, openness to change and new challenges

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent English
