Your Job :
Manage a team of individuals focused on the service now platform, service catalog, and IT business office enablement functions.
Work with End Users in supporting our ServiceNow and Portal and Employee Center environments.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, processes, and integrations.
Work within the parameters of a system development lifecycle.
Design and architect ServiceNow applications working with ServiceNow Studio.
Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each (including Service Portal).
Support in the development of use cases and testing procedures, ensuring product functionality, debugging, and testing are completed prior to production deployment.
Drive discussions as needed with business stakeholders regarding best practices, troubleshooting and escalations.
Work with and develop a strong working relationship with external development and implementation partners
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar field
Experience – bachelor’s degree with 11-12 years, master's degree with 8-12 years of experience
6+ years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
3+ years of people leadership
As a ServiceNow and Enablement Manager, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. The ServiceNow and Enablement Manager has a pivotal role, leading the development, maintenance and integration of the ServiceNow platform within the organization, managing a team of ServiceNow developers, catalog owner, and other IT enablement analysts, and will partner with the ServiceNow Platform/product owner within IT. This role entails overseeing the configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform to align with enterprise ITSM processes and business objectives, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
SharePoint experience is a plus.
PowerShell experience is a plus.
Able to cope with pressure.
Strong business acumen.
Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
