*[Provide programming leadership and support for application systems development and maintenance projects, with a commitment to hospital research employees and system analyst satisfaction. Provide technical leadership to information system analysts and associates. Lead medium-size projects and technology initiatives through all phases of systems development including: planning, development, implementation, and operation for complex computer projects, using Pipelines for CICD. Develop and implement programs, projects, and reports within the enterprise and provide maintenance of existing programs, projects, and reports, through the use of .NET framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MSSQL, Oracle, N-Tier Application development, Azure cloud development, Oauth2 standards, C#, jQuery, Azure Resources like App Services, Storage, Data factory, Function App Logic Apps and Runbooks. Conduct meetings, trainings, and workgroups to facilitate the creation, updating, and maintenance of programs, projects, and reports within the enterprise to internal and external customers. Utilize available resources within the IT community internal and external expand knowledge and expertise. Report progress issues and project details to department supervisor. Maintain staff evaluations, discipline, and department policies and procedures as required by the enterprise and as required by law. May work remotely 90% of the time. [Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Five years of software engineering experience with the following: .NET framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, MSSQL, Oracle, N-Tier Application development, cloud application development, Oauth2 standards, C#, jQuery, GIT version control, REST API development, and Application and Data integration development.[ EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled.
