Honeywell Project Analyst II in Kansas City, Missouri
Summary
The Project Analyst manages a wide variety of moderately complex activities in support of project or program planning. Performs detailed analysis and interpretation of moderately complex data from various business systems or external data sources. Assists in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting activities, and special projects as assigned. May mentor lower-level analysts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining, and facilitating project plans.
Reports status of project plans and, if necessary, develops and presents appropriate action plans.
Work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels
Assists in developing, implementing, and/or negotiating changes to project plans with internal and external customers to assure schedules are met.
Acts as FM&T point-of-contact for internal and external customer projects as assigned
Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations
May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports
You Must Have
Two years of relevant work experience
Bacherlor's degree or two additional years of experience.
Ability to travel as determined by the needs of the business
Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management as is determined by the needs of the business
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job
United States Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations
