Job Title: Assembly Technician - Vehicle Upfitting
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our assembly department. The primary responsibility of this role is to install cabinets, racks, drawers, and other fixtures into the back of Transit vans and other trucks. You will be working on vehicles manufactured by Ford and occasionally other customers. Utilizing air tools, you will ensure all installations meet customer specifications. This role involves frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movements, including getting in and out of the back of vans as they come down the assembly line. The job requires being on your knees and bending the majority of the time.

Work Environment
The facility is very clean but non-climate controlled. It features 6 large garage doors that will be open during summer to allow for a breeze. You will be working with teams of 5-10 other contractors.
