Job Title: Foreman HVAC Installer
Job Description
The HVAC installer is responsible for the installation of residential HVAC equipment on new custom home builds.
Leading crews on job sites
Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC equipment on new custom home builds.
Perform duct work and sheet metal installations.
Ensure HVAC systems are installed to code and industry standards.
Work collaboratively with residential construction teams.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
Proficiency in residential HVAC and construction.
Expertise in duct work, HVAC systems, and sheet metal installation.
Possess own tools and reliable transportation.
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor work around the KC metro area on new homes in new neighborhoods. Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm, providing a consistent 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime if desired.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
