Job Title: Foreman HVAC Installer

Job Description

  • The HVAC installer is responsible for the installation of residential HVAC equipment on new custom home builds.

  • Leading crews on job sites

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC equipment on new custom home builds.

  • Perform duct work and sheet metal installations.

  • Ensure HVAC systems are installed to code and industry standards.

  • Work collaboratively with residential construction teams.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

  • Proficiency in residential HVAC and construction.

  • Expertise in duct work, HVAC systems, and sheet metal installation.

  • Possess own tools and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

  • Indoor and outdoor work around the KC metro area on new homes in new neighborhoods. Standard working hours are from 7am to 3pm, providing a consistent 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime if desired.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
