Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Fluid and Power Specialist to join our Power Take Off (PTO) Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PTO systems and experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can diagnose, Spec, and ensure the reliable operation of PTO systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose PTO systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic components.

  • Quoting and sales of fluid power systems.

  • Provide technical support and training for support staff and customers.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to PTO and fluid power systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minium of 3 years’ experience in fluid power systems, with specific expertise in PTO systems.

  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with electronic systems in Industrial Applications.

Familiarity with the latest industry standards and technology advancements in fluid power.

Working Conditions

  • The job is performed under extreme temperature variations and some hazardous conditions.

  • The role typically operates in a workshop environment that may involve exposure to noise, dust, and fumes. Safety gear and training are provided to ensure employee safety.

Physical Requirements

Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms of heights above 42”, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling throughout an 8–12-hour day, and up to 60 hours per week. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at times.
