Job Title: Department Assistant
Job Description
This position supports the Corporate Risk Team with administrative duties. The Department Assistant provides support for department management to ensure daily functions and operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include coordinating travel requests, assisting with expense reports, and supporting the marketing and sales team with ad hoc tasks. Additional duties involve managing client meetings, catering, promotional items, and vendor management. The role requires preparing meeting notes, presentations, and tables using Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and other programs. The assistant also develops departmental procedures, monitors deadlines, and supports the presentation of progress reports. Other tasks include coordinating training programs, monitoring expenditures, and handling sensitive information.
