Job Title: Building Tech Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

As a Building Tech Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, including repairs for drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. This role also requires basic HVAC preventative maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform building maintenance and repairs for drywall, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.

  • Conduct basic HVAC preventative maintenance.

  • Utilize filters, carpentry, preventive maintenance, electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials of the trade.

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge and skill in the maintenance and use of tools, equipment, and materials of the trade.

  • Manual dexterity and physical coordination.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Access to keys and ability to open locks requires a person of appropriate character.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
