Job Description

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Conducting regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, such as defect rates, scrap levels, and customer complaints, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with engineering, production, and other departments to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Utilizing quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.

• Participating in process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation.

• Evaluating and qualifying suppliers based on their ability to meet quality requirements and standards.

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality agreements and specifications.

• Working with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and inspections.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.

• 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing quality engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems.

• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in quality.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry is a plus.
