Brand Momentum Merchandising Team Lead - Kanata in Kanata, Ontario

Merchandising Team Lead

This is an exciting chance to join a retail merchandising team where we are bringing high-quality nut products across Canada. We're looking for a Merchandising Team Lead to oversee independent contractors in your region as they showcase Tasty Joe's Nuts and other bulk nut products within a big box grocery store.

You'll hit the ground running by recruiting, training, and coaching your team, ensuring our brand standards and merchandising strategies shine in every store. We want someone who can bring energy, creativity, and a knack for building great relationships—both with contractors and store staff. If you've got a passion for visual displays, sales, and leading teams to success, we'd love to hear from you.

We value people who are resourceful, open-minded, and ready for growth. If you're looking to take on a leadership role with a growing company (and happen to be nuts about nuts), this could be a great fit for you!
