Job Description:
Leads efforts to drive growth through customer collaboration, new application development, and new product commercialization.
Leverages 3M to drive higher impact Customer Inspired Innovation (CII) programs through increased market specialization that complement product expertise.
Builds compelling value propositions for effective commercialization. Provides increased coordination of field trials with lead customers or evaluating local competition and marketing practices.
Replicates and develops high impact product/market applications with a focus on new application development and efficient replication leveraging e-tools.
Uses expertise and credibility to shape industry standards, practices, and regulations, harnesses insights from market and customer process expertise. Delivers customer and market focused training through e-media.
Qualifications
H ave experience and technical knowledge of cable accessary.
Have working experience background at Power Utility companies and cable manufacturers.
4-year University Graduates or above
