Description and Requirements

We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Lenovo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI solutions to solve challenging business problems. As an AI Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver value from big data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and AI solutions to support business objectives.

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to define problem statements and develop solution approaches.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to drive innovation within the team.

  • Design and conduct experiments to validate models and hypotheses.

  • Prepare and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in machine learning, AI, and data science, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and algorithm development.

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
