Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay Range: $29/hour - $32/hour; Additional compensation available: Safety/Attendance Bonus, Monthly Gas Bonus, End of Year Bonus, as well as Free Uniforms, and a tool allowance

SUMMARY
The Lead Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and/or rebuilds all trucks and trailers in the department as necessary. This person is also responsible for taking on duties of the Maintenance Manager in their absence.
