Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of APIs, finished products, and intermediates in a GMP environment, adhering to established guidelines and supporting all production activities.
Shift/Pay: 1st Shift M-Friday 7A-3:30 ($28-$30/HR)
2nd Shift M-Friday 1p-9P ($30-$32/HR)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment and processing areas in a GMP environment for API and product manufacturing.
Follow batch records, SOPs, and company policies.
Complete and sign production batch records promptly.
Maintain accurate records and follow operating instructions.
Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, and GMP guidelines.
Ensure waste disposal, equipment cleanliness, and record maintenance.
Perform minor equipment maintenance.
Support production schedule and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or GED with 1-year related experience, military experience, or an associate degree.
Experience in a GMP environment and EHS knowledge preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.
Skilled in identifying and reporting variances.
Physical Requirements:
Work in a laboratory with cooler temperatures and varying noise levels.
Handle hazardous chemicals with proper PPE.
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking between labs.
Visual acuity for reading equipment results.
Manual dexterity for handling testing equipment.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
May require working 2nd shift and weekends.
