Being a Habilitation Technician (Direct Support Worker/ Professional) you will work independently with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities by providing guidance, teachings and motivation in succeeding their goals. You give them the opportunity to access and engage with others out in the community as well as assisting in home.

Qualifications for Habilitation Technicians:
Minimum one year work/personal experience
High School Diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid certificate (We also offer CPR certification)
Ability to pass criminal background check
Job Responsibilities of a Habilitation Technicians:
Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
Ability to work independently in a client’s home and community
Proficient and comfortable using mobile device to collect data
Competent and knowledgeable in teaching life skills
Provide reliable and consistent care
