Reporting to the General Manager, Nordics the Sales Manager is responsible for developing the Swedish business together with the Sales team of 6 people based on set targets and leading activity. This position is part of the Sales department located in Sweden and will be remote in the areas of Stockholm, Malmø, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Kalmar or Norrköping
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Support Sales Team to achieve sales objectives and sales targets, by providing day-to-day first line supervision through established KPI´s and visual management.
Travel in the territories making regular joint visits with the Sales Team.
Maintain and deliver Standard Work for Funnel Management / Daily Management.
Run all sales activities utilizing the CRM system (SFDC).
Build a regional sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team, utilizing our Veralto Enterprise System to support and sustain business growth.
Hires, coaches, trains and develops sales team. Retains top talent and drives engagement.
Manage employees by establishing annual goals and holding performance and development discussions.
Member of Management team Nordics
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master degree, preferably in the field of Chemistry, Environmental Studies or Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of relevant sales management experience in a B2B environment with a strong track record of sales management success.
Wastewater industry domain is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
Experienced in positively leading and developing a team.
Willingness and ability to travel intensively in Sweden and occasionally in Europe
