Insight Global Senior Project Manager in Jupiter, Florida
Job Description
Lead and Communicate with the Superintendent, Subcontractors, and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
Represent the company with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Administer financial aspects of the Owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
Assist the Superintendents as necessary throughout the project and provide all information necessary to help them perform their daily duties.
Walk all projects throughout the week to monitor safety to ensure all OSHA requirements are enforced and to enforce Quality Control throughout the project.
Perform other duties as assigned

Salary $130-150,000 based upon experience

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope
Healthcare construction experience
Proficient with the use of office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Procore experience null
