Lab Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Supervisor who will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality control for lab samples, conducting method reviews, and ensuring all quality compliance. The successful candidate will be adept at managing teams, reporting to the Medical Director, and processing and performing all offered procedures in the assigned laboratory section(s): Chemistry, Serology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology. The role also includes accurately performing and documenting appropriate controls for laboratory procedures following established quality control guidelines and standard laboratory operating procedures, as well as performing routine equipment calibrations, verifications, and troubleshooting.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's of Science in: Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry
PhD preferred
3-7 years' experience as Lab Supervisor
Quality Control
Method Review
Quality Assurance
Writing and understanding lab procedures in Chemistry, Serology, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Jupiter, Florida.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be working onsite, in the lab from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, or Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-5pm. There may be a possibility for overtime as and when required
