Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished and experienced Project Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential projects for affluent clients. As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our projects are executed flawlessly, from inception to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential construction.
Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients and an understanding of their unique needs and expectations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the project.
strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Professional demeanor with a polished and sophisticated presentation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Oversee all phases of luxury home building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients, architects, and designers.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering personalized service and exceptional attention to detail.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of excellence.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Proactively identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts and ensure the smooth progression of projects.
Maintain a flexible approach, adapting to changing project demands and client needs.
