Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished and experienced Project Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential projects for affluent clients. As a Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our projects are executed flawlessly, from inception to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury residential construction.

  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients and an understanding of their unique needs and expectations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the project.

  • strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Oversee all phases of luxury home building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients, architects, and designers.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns with professionalism and discretion.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering personalized service and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of excellence.

  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

  • Problem Solving and Decision Making:

  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.

  • Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts and ensure the smooth progression of projects.

  • Maintain a flexible approach, adapting to changing project demands and client needs.
