Job Summary
At AGGPRO, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, grow both professionally and personally, and be part of a team where everyone has a voice. The primary responsibility of the Scale agent is to track, record, and report the volume and type of material that leaves the pit on each truck. You will also maintain the scale house, manage inventory, and provide up-to-date inventory reports to management. Additionally, you will greet truck drivers and customers. Answer their inquiries, inform pit personnel when customers arrive at the facility, and distribute safety information. Main Responsibilities
Responsible for ticketing trucks quickly and accurately
Maintain pit inventory records and produce material reports.
Review and update information in JWS/automated scale weighing systems.
Maintain pit scale facility and scale equipment.
Additional clerical tasks, as assigned.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently and in a team setting
Must be able to prioritize workload in an efficient manner
Answer phone calls
File and retain documents
Skills
Must have your high school diploma or its equivalent
Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance. Positive, team-based attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be at least 18 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
This position is essential for supporting the operational needs of the facility and requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends
MUST HAVE a valid driver's license
Customer Service Oriented
MUST be able to Multi-Task
Comply and abide by Colaska Inc.’s Code of Ethics at all times during employment with the Company.
Worker must be able to pass drug screening at time of hire and random testing throughout employment.
Compensation
Compensation range of $24+ hourly, plus discretionary annual bonus.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends
