Positon: Ag. Equipment Operator
Requirements: Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
Job description: We farm irrigated and non-irrigated ground: 3,000 acres of irrigated corn, 2,985 acres of nonirrigated wheat, and 1,940 acres of non-irrigated summer fallow. Our irrigation is by center pivot. We do all of our own field work, tractor operations, including tilling, planting, harvesting and maintenance of equipment and sprinkler systems. Employee will assist with servicing equipment in the spring, tillage, planting and fall harvest. This includes driving trucks and semis, and operating tractors, combine and grain cart. In the summer months, we irrigate the crops, check and maintain the sprinkler systems, and service equipment. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7am to 6pm
