Opportunity Overview
Develop simulation models for production processes up to factory-wide level to demonstrate and pre-validate the feasibility and effectiveness of a large-scale automation solution design.
Develop simulations to model the general operations of AMRs, Cobots, Lifts, Wi-Fi signals, automated doors, AS/RS input/outputs, human interruptions and various Production Equipment.
Develop software to mimic MES/MCS/WMS system operations and integrate this Simulated MES/WMS system with the above Equipment simulations.
Using production floor layout develop simulations modeling the environment with consideration to imperfections of the environment that potentially cause shortfalls of an Automation solution, e.g.: variation in Wi-Fi signals, waiting times for lifts, reflective/glass surfaces and changes in production schedules.
Develop standard evaluation approaches for large scale automation designs, logging critical data and results from the simulation and present measurable KPIs from the simulation.
Respond to requests for specific customer requirements, changes and concepts and re-evaluate using the same operation conditions.
Provide analytical advice and insights to customers, project teams, SI partners while working closely with the technical team and management to ensure that relevant technical information is promptly and accurately simulated and collected for analysis.

5+ years of automation experience with Cobot arms, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and Automated Stockers (AS/RS), E-Rack, SLAM, Vision etc. technologies
5+ years of Software development experience and ability to develop scripts to automate processes.
Experience with Simulation Software such as but not limited to FlexSim, Unity, Nvidia Omniverse.
Knowledge in ERP/MES/WMS, MCS, AMHS or similar systems.
Experience with communication interfaces, not limited to RESTful APIs, MQTT Message queues and so on.
General understanding of smart manufacturing in the semiconductor industry in automation
Strong problem-solving, communication skills and self-driven.
Ability to work with customer and international teams
Willingness for international travel up to 25%
