Seeking a motivated Customer Advocate to join our team of gifted Technical Professionals.This is a salary position with bonus opportunities and PAID Health/Dental/Vision Benefits. Helpgreat retail clients by providing product and service information and facilitating resolution of product issues.Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Using communication skills,work with support team to resolve issues.
Must have experience and understand IT Terminology to be able to explain to clients in layman's terms but not necessarily install solutions. Several years' experience working with retail technology preferred. Must have ability to build rapport with clients with a positive and professional demeanor. Dispatch and prior customer service experience a plus.
