RELEASE OF INFORMATION TECHNICIAN/ QUALITY ASSURANCES SPECIALIST - Full time position with benefits, monitoring and reviewing medical records and providing copies of clinical/medical record documentation in accordance with established Ozark Center policy and procedures, HIPAA and Missouri state statutes. Requires high school diploma, or equivalent with one years medical office experience preferred. RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification status is preferred.
