A Flow and Capacity Planner is needed for a company that sells ready-to-assemble furniture, textiles, lighting and home decor in the Joliet, IL area. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end planning, fulfillment, and goods flow to ensure efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality customer service across the market.

responsibilities:
Secure end-to-end planning and fulfillment to ensure excellent quality in execution.
Optimize range location in fulfillment units to minimize costs while maintaining availability and lead-time commitments.
Set up for campaigns and extraordinary situations to ensure readiness.
Optimize the network setup by utilizing market-specific article allocation and order rules.
Strive for high performance at the lowest cost and long-term profitability, enhancing customer experience.
Identify risks, propose preventive actions, and provide accurate flow and capacity plans.
Assess current and planned fulfillment unit capacities on the market to meet availability and lead-time goals at the lowest cost.
