THE HIGH LEVEL The Sr. PC Technician monitors and responds to requests to ensure the smooth operations of computer systems and peripherals for end-users. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Interface with various support service groups to ensure proper Installation of services. Apply basic knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment. PC Technicians log, validate and perform IMACs on the full range of products. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers Install, and configure application and operating system software and upgrades Troubleshoot, and repair hardware and network connectivity issues Remove old equipment and performing data migration to new machines Diagnose, log and fix VIP customer issues on a full range of applications used on customer site WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 5-7 years' experience Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience Security+CE or equivalent IAT II certification TS/SCI clearance TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position does not require travel WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT Iron Bow is rapidly growing and with growth comes opportunity for all.
